WOC Intermediate practice begins for the 2026–27 season.
Intermediate practices are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:00–7:30 PM at Ridgeview High School.
Wrestlers should arrive ready to practice and bring appropriate wrestling gear.
Beginner Practice Begins

Beginner practices are held Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:00–6:00 PM at Ridgeview High School.

WOC Preseason Kickoff Camp — Day 3
WOC Preseason Kickoff Camp featuring Isaac Hampton, Trae Frederick, Aaron Concepcion, and Zach Keinonen.
Sunday — Sessions 4 & 5
Session 1: 10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Session 2: 1:00–3:00 PM
Lunch provided.
Three days. Five sessions. Elite instruction featuring technique, drills, and live wrestling, with a daily focus on faith and brotherhood.
Open to grades 6–12 and all skill levels.
Cost: $115 for all five sessions or $35 per session.
60-athlete maximum.
