Warriors of Christ offers year-round training for wrestlers looking to learn, develop, and compete. Practices are currently held in Bend and Redmond, with training opportunities for both beginner and advanced wrestlers.

BEGINNER WRESTLING
Monday & Wednesday
5:00–6:00 PM
Ridgeview High School
Begins September 9 • Fall Session
For newer wrestlers developing their fundamentals and confidence.
INTERMEDIATE WRESTLING
Monday & Wednesday
6:00–7:30 PM
Ridgeview High School
Begins September 9 • Runs through January
For developing wrestlers ready to build stronger technique, conditioning, and competition skills.
ADVANCED WRESTLING
Monday–Thursday
6:00–8:00 PM
The Barn
For experienced wrestlers ready for higher-level training and competition preparation.
